Happy Holidays and Winter Season Everyone,

Our 10th annual Peter's FUNd Racer is scheduled for the weekend of March 6th 2009. The therapy I have received from our event must have been successful because it makes me so happy and proud of all of you. Is raising so much money for our worthy charities supposed to be this much fun? After our 1st nine years we have donated:

$10,000 to Dr. Caroline Kim's melanoma research at Beth Israel Hospital
$15,000 to the Cancer Patient Support Program at Fletcher Allen Hospital
$18,000 to the Sugarbush Ski Patrol Relief fund
$25,000 to the Hope Lodge in Boston (American Cancer Society)
$45,000 to the Vermont Respite House
$50,000 to the Hope Lodge in Burlington, VT (American Cancer Society)
$150,000 to Peter's Garden at Fletcher Allen Hospital, and
over $400,000 for melanoma research at the Mass. General Hospital here in Boston.

WOW! How great are those numbers? Thank you so much.

My personal recommendation to get your money's worth and extend the weekend?: TAKE FRIDAY OFF! Spend Friday on the slopes, join me for lunch at the Castlerock Pub (my treat), then check in to your room early and join us for cocktails in the owners' lounge at Claybrook, while the kids swim in the outdoor pool!

It has been a very difficult year for many of our friends and business associates but I truly believe that better times are ahead in 2009.
